its is done with my hand, i dont control the mouse with my cock or anything.
i do see the point your trying to make, though it is flawed

and on a side note it only looks like it would use one pice of paper because its photoshop, i can work on one tag over and over untill i get it down and then delete most of the failed attempts.
so its like a colage but instead of wasting pages of paper i can get it all on one picture created in PS

why bother waisting paper when you can do shit on ur computer and its still the same as if u were to draw wit a pen or pencil..
and theres such things as pen tablets aka with a pen and a pad
