As I've been walking around various train stations and parts in the city I've noticed more and more tags which look paint based on cement/gravel as there would be no way to tag with markers on that type of surface (NOT Spraypaint). My mate told me they put paint in ketchup bottles and bust out tags with that on the cement just want to clarify is that true? If so what type of paint would it have to be thinned down?
