The only way you can get a 'fancy degree' if you're poor is to be any color on a hex chart other than #FFFFFF anyway. In the US, no matter what your situation, if you're white, you can manage for yourself. If you're black, no matter what your situation may be, you qualify for 30 different scholarships just for being black.

My buddy tried to apply for some scholarships for his school and see what he could get since his tuition was going up and found out if he was black or hispanic he could get like 2,000, but since he's white he doesn't get jack shit. That's fair and not racist at all right?
