Exercise your knee man, get physio, it helps a lot. Don't jump into the swing of shit too quickly. It's been 8-9 years since I've torn my ACL and MCL and it still fucks with me time to time and I need to brace up. I didn't need surgery because it was less than 50% torn, but it will definitely be a struggle for life. Metal hinged knee braces are good shit

yeah thats one thing i like did not do at all, i got physical therapy this week aslong my insurance covers it, ima make sure to get this thing really built up and lookin all muscular and shieeet
but yo thats how i fucked it up, went out and smashed this highway spot on the rocks and slipped and it happend just like it did when i first originally tore it so i got all sketched i did it again, but i think im good i just tweeked it
went out and did some ish today and was on my feet for a good 2 hours and no pain so all is good hopefully
