i got weak ankles always roll em no matter how many times it happens i can never get used to it SOOOOOO SHIIIIIT. im on my feet most days tooo.

Ankles are worse in my opinion, they are much more difficult to exercise to strengthen, I believe you would have to work your calves hard and hope it affects your ankles. At least with knees they can deal with more of a motion than just spinning in circles ya know?

Met the supervision officer in charge of my house arrest today, dude was cool. We spent just as much time talking about graffiti as we did the court orders. I told him how to hang off the side of a bridge and paint it, he was genuinely interested. He wants to see some of my work but I'm skeptical on showing him considering he's in a position to fuck me over, so I likely won't, maybe on the last day of my house arrest prior to moving outta the city if he's still interested.

had a torn lateral meniscus and some loose cartilage or whatever
so they had to make 5 holes in my knee in order to find the loose cartilage which they could not find and my meniscus had basically almost was healed on its own so they didnt touch it
so i got surgery for nothing really but i also waited a good 2 months to do it, i mean he took out some shit but nothing serious, so its gunna take about a month atleast for me to be troopin to chill spots and fucking months before i can catch some real action
