get your self some paint thinner, or rubbing alcohol/nail polish remover, and dab the valve with a q-tip or cotton swab. Idk if it will work, but you really have no other choice. In theory the alochol or thinner will make the clogged paint dissolve, or loosen so it wont be stuck in there...
If a can is clogging it's likely that it will be the tube that receives the paint in which is clogged rather than the valve itself. In which case, you should stab a hole in it and tag it with the paint coming out.
