      Yo does anyone know where to get some bluetops either for free or cheap
      Or if anyone is willing to trade for some ?

      Do you mean the USPS labels?
      1. Make a usps account.
      2. Click "Ship a Package"
      3. Then Click "Shipping Supplies"

      But, the new ones dont have blue tops. You might get lucky though, and get the old ones. Also known as "Blue Tops" because they have a blue top.

      Specific Enough?

      i think they're really hard to find, i used to trade with more people and sometimes they would send me some to my surprise. Some post offices have them but its rare
