I was trying to recreate the flare a can could create with a marker. What's the best pen that could recreate this effect? I know multiple factors come into play most importantly the surface, but just for general smooth walls and etc what should be used? Price is no question
I honestly don't think you can create a flare like look with a marker if price isn't a option go get some paint an just do flares with that !
