So every time I used to head up north from New York City around that giant water reserve pond, I'd always see this kid getting up writing THC in the most awful writing it was fucking hilarious. He had this character that looked like a monster with claw teeth and tried to depict a burning joint from it's mouth but it looked like he was vomiting through a straw. Anybody from NYC/Upstate ever hear of him?
