Can you give credits that youve earned on here to another member?

Im in the UK and dont have much use for redeeming credits etc, but for a while now ive wanted to get a tattoo done in a nice handstyle, but i didnt want to just ask someone on here to design one for me, but I thought maybe if I donated my 600 or so credits to someone then they'd maybe do it for me, but is this allowed?
