I like the R too, but feel like none of the other letters match it very well. A few suggestions for flow.... which I don't have all that down. For the E try something like the right side of the R only mirrored then lean the letters a bit more to the right. The R seems to lean pretty hard while the rest are very upright. Maybe a lowercase A based off of the bottom right leg of the R. Just some thoughts. If you try it I'd like to see the results. Well done rib.
