If you have firefox you can get an extension called 'VideoDownlaoder' which means you can save them to your harddrive.

Burning them to dvd isn't worth the time. I don't know if it's possible with that format but I know converting from AVI to MPG takes so long (like think 12+ hours easily) it's stupid.
