Ironlak streakers, I had a set. The poor design of the casing makes them hard to put the lid on properly hence they dry out super easy. They're cheap and you get what you pay for, they're ok for blending but really if you want to do good colours prismas and copics are the way to go. Copics are refillable as well. I guess if it's your first set of graphic markers its probably a good idea to get something cheap so you don't waste expensive ink learning how to use them properly.
Also if you're going to use alcohol based markers be mindful of the type of paper you're using because standard sketch books are designed for pencil and it can get nasty, printer paper is probably second best to marker paper which is far too expensive to bother with.
