ok so i ordered some U.S. Postal service stickers and i read on u tube that it was illegal to not send them back on boxes or some shit and that after ordering like 500 and not sending any back u can get in trouble with the cops.... i doubt this but im just asking to make sure

i write "i know why" before my tag sometimes. or ***** at the end haha. i write UMAD btw.

one time i caught one of them "earsnot" spots where i could see the cop but he couldnt see me, so i wrote "i see you" after my name but thats about it
that's more of a situation. and i will not tag anywhere near cops, whether they are facing me or not. it's just an unnecessary risk.
graffiti in general is an unnecessary risk, and i would just run anyways.
thats the thing. Graffiti its self is a risk, so i go all out. i get a kick out of tagging while near a cop. hit a couple slaps on there bikes, etc.
