i was practicing tags on a piece of paper then set em on top of my dads laptop the ink bled thru and now its on the laptop how can i get it off? something that wont screw up the laptop finish

take acetone and sand paper and rub it as hard and fast as possible. this will make the ink fade but won't touch the laptop unless you go slow.

yeah, just use fine grit.
I used a really rough one like this.
and i used acid and that to do it, did the trick, not eevn a scratch because the acid will make the sand flatten out
