they shouldnt have to... its probably something with ur browsers cache or cookies...
and the label on the deco can be removed, nothing will happen that i know of, but with decos u should always point them upward and push the nib in with something before u put them on paper and pump the nib, cuz air builds up inside and itll blot like a bitch
