i found a thread on this a while ago and cant find it again and im just lookin for some techniques for the back round of a canvas. yes i am a toy and i would post this in the toy forum but i dont want toys to answer this, i want the good guys. ne tips

wat i do it spray paint intoa folded bit of paper that makes a sorta cup shape i make it reasonably small but this worked for me. If u get a bottle lid and spray into it so theres a little puddle. Then u lke spash/flick it onto the canvas.

i usually use sharpie medium point oil based opaque markers

yea sour thats exactly whut i used but i had to put like 3 coats of paint cause it was mixing with the red dots it did pink so yea u should use water based...i think its better...my 1st canvas finally done! peace

for some reason im not liking the colours of the piece and the outline seems realy really thin. But thicken up the outline and i think it could look better

My personal opnion is there isn't really a lot of graffiti letters on canvas that I would buck up and buy, there isn't really a huge market for it.
I like what urban influences graffiti is doing within the art community but most writers expand into more diverse and marketable images.

I think there's really only a limited amount of writers that can actually pull off a good graffiti lettered canvas.
