Shoe Polish Marker, easy shit to find. Either use the shoe polish that comes with it or you can dump it out, and use your own ink or paint.

-If your going to use paint. Find some cheap crafters paint thats permanent enough.
-Mix it up with water in the shoe polish marker, and SHAKE it well before you bomb or it wont be able to breathe. and It well have a dent in the damn bottle.

you have to make it, take bleach and ammonia then mix them together in an open container then leave it in your room overnight...repeat as neccesary

 

dont use water use rubbing alcohol to make it thinner
