yea boston thins and the fat elmers are made by the same manufacturer, but if you look on the black part, the manufacturing numbers are different, thats how u can tell them apart. BUT once you use them, paint usually covers these numbers so ur fucked till i try it

Like I said, take a marker and mark all of one kind of cap. Like say put a blue dot on the top of the go2's or something

yeah, obviously go montana if you can afford that. its the best, hands down, but shitt, $6-10 will add up quickly.
i tend to go cheap..
id rather get quanity than quality actually.
get 4 dollar cans rather than 1 mtn can..
so yeah, ill go cheap on the cans but spend the extra on the caps

alright so im too lazy to read all 153 pages so ill ask here.. whats the best cap for just outline trowies? i find that rusto fat drips too much . my goal is to have a 2 quarters lined up size approx if possible pm the answer plz

what paint are you using? that plays a huge role in your question. if it's walmart or some other cheap brand, it's going to drip almost no matter what. if you're using rustoleum, put the rusto fat on, turn the can upside down, and then spray for about a minute to let some pressure out. rustoleums are crazy high pressure which makes the paint literally SHOOT out. once a lot of the pressure is relieved it sprays real slow and nicely. you also won't need to move your hand quite as quick once you do that which gives you much more can control

what caps are best for clash paint?

maybe it was teh winter weather, but this paint is mad low pressure, and i went thru about every type of cap i had, and they all clogged really quickly.

anyone know a nice reliable cap thats medium big, not like fat, but regular fatness that wont fuck me over?
(rusto fats dont fit on these cans)

I love it at the stores in our area. Even if you are rightfully one of the first in line, everyone just glares at you like you shouldnt be there. I especially loved last year when I got a digital camera on sale at KMart. Got the last one, and everybody flipped. Then, the 2GB SD cards were on sale for like 12, I think. I had to make several attempts at getting over to their location because it was a popular spot for the elderly to hang out for some reason.

somebody may have discovered this already. but, I found that krylon clear matte cans (I think that's what they are) are equiped with a NY fat. found em at walmart, just take the caps off of them. easy peasy.
