most krylon cans will give fatter lines than rusto whether it is gloss, semi-flat, or ultra-flat. it has to do with the can pressure.
this doesn't mean that rusto/painter's touch flat black is bad at all. it just means that you get fatter lines with krylon.
about painter's touch being lame, lately i've been having problems with red cans leaking all over the place. maybe it is by chance.
from what i've heard, the valve system on osh paint is the same as belton or montana. has anyone heard anything on this?
