I almost have enough to make some drippy ass black mop paint just from dumpster diving, but I need thinner. I found a dark grey enamel base, and then found black color pigment/toner/colorant, and I turned My ghetto krink gold. Haha, I doubt anyone can find a place to rack paint pigment without jumping behind the counter.
I dumpster dived once behind one of those sex stores...

I went dumpster diving once. And I found tons of bucket paint and a green can of rusto full... Cap works and everything.
i went dumpster diving at a construction site once. found lots of green, pink, orange rusto, bucket paint, a used respirator and new but dirty roller covers.
^^^^ never heard of it... And i might try going to a construction site, getting a respirator would be nice.
the best time to go to one is when they start touching up the walls of the building. that's when the spraypaint that was used to mark the lumber is thrown away and same with the respirators used to shave down wood and shit.
