should i store my cans with the lids of and caps of ?
like, how am i supposed to store them because i see alot of pictures with cans that have like the lid and the cap taken off.

i dont know but sometimes i like getting my girlfriends hairspray and stsnd it upside down in the morning after she uses it. then the next day she sprays it and it wont come out until she starts shaking it and keeps applying pressure. the first time i did it she sprayed herself in the face. ahaha

The lid just protects the cap, and keeps dust out. I can see maybe not having a cap on, that way theres no chance AT ALL for pressure to leak (in case it gunked up and leaking some how?) Plus its always nice to use fresh caps when you paint anyhow.
How would storing a spray can on its side do anything? unless maybe it prevents the rattle ball from getting stuck on the bottom, or has something to do with the straw inside...
To me this just sounds like some sort of confusion with storing wine bottles on their sides (which is what you should do - to keep the cork wet)

naw, i jus got mixed up wif markers coz they shuld b stored on the side so the ink isnt seeped into the bottom or w/e..........but i guess storing cans on the side could have it's benefits it also
