How Do You Get Pumped Up Before You Get Out??

Somtimes its hard for me to go out at night and paint when it gets winter time, i live in the bay area so freezing my ass off is 40 degrees. Do you guys do anything before you go out and paint a ritual.. Jam to some music..just wondering, I always watch a few graff videos for some reason i just go insane...........
