ive been to the netherlands a few times, mainly passing through to get to somewhere else, and the people are just relaxed about everything. everybody seems to do what they want, nothing really suprises them or offends them, they are just easy going.
graff wise strong colourful scene, which gets on well with the public.
basiclly they are everything that the UK isnt!
