depending on where im going i sometimes pack a knife. you never know. And dude i HIGHLY doubt you can pick a lock with a blade. number one it would have to be a tiny ass knife like itsy bitsy. number 2 it would have to be a one tumbler lock, which are non existant these days. even the shitty locks, door or straight up lock, are atleast 3 tumbler locks, for most of which you need 2 tools. master locks on fences and shit are mostly 4 to 6 tumblers depending on the expensiveness of the lock. So im gunna have to call bull shit on this one.... i kinda doubt you have any lock picking no how.. but i could be wrong... but im not
