The ring around the moon is just refracted light off off ice crystals in the air. I was told it means that it will rain the next day but that's BS. I won a Domke f-6 off of ebay today for $50 so Im stoked.

What's everyones take on non-facial portraits? over played? I think they can either be super interesting or super homosexual.

It's light diffracted off of cirrostratus clouds (not usually visible) which are mostly made of ice.
