Well. Yes and no. It's not, but the color changes I did to it kinda'....made it...do that.
I sorta had to try as best I could to cover what I actually did to the lens flare, which was bad.

can you guys suggest good or reputable brands for film scanners
that also wont cost an arm and a leg...bang for the buck
I dunno but my advice is DO A LOT OF RESEARCH.
My Cano8800F is okay but it leaves the scans slightly blurred and you lose sharpness. It's only a big deal if you zoom to 100% but it annoys me.
I usually just get my photos lab scanned. Especially colour negatives.
To be honest, I can't remember much, and he was so drunk he was slurring his words, could barely stand and forgot some of his lyrics.
It wasn't sad though, it was funny as hell. The crowd loved it.
He gave me the middle finger at one point.
