It is silly to shoot portraits close to your subject, when this happens distortion occurs in the face, the nose becomes too big etc. This is why you see pro photographers using long lenses in shoots. 50mm is designed as a lens that reflects what the eye sees. However on a cropped sensor camera like most of yours, it becomes around 75mm, which is ideal for portraits. Using a 75mm lens to shoot a house is just stupid anyway.
That looks to me like a Nikon FM2, in my opinion the best film manual SLR ever.
I love this one.
Nope, they are dope for off camera flashes that you can bang up and just replace later. Don't buy an SB-400. I've got one and I never use it. If you are looking for a decent on camera flash, and just an awesome all rounder, can't go wrong with the SB-600.
hehe
Awesome.
PS, got back from my new years. was amazing, too much drugs my nose is proper fucked. shot nearly 600 photos on my little canon G10 which I was going to sell... I love it now. Will post up some flicks later, i need about 3 days sleep.

alright so i want to get some lighting for portraits and such. thinkin about getting 2 vivitars but i kinda like constant lighting. theres some packages on ebat that don't look too bad for like 150.
2vivs, stands, and umbrellas/soft box sounds pretty pricey
i have a sb-600. what else would i need to fire the 3 flashes at the same time (yeah, lighting noob i know) and would i need 12 aa batteries for those shits? sounds easier to get constant lights that plug in. not as portable tho
shit idk
INSOMNIAC
mannnnn you only bought a camera like 4 days ago.
Yall are buying up studio lighting and flashes and lenses and shti before you even know how to use your cameras.
