I like the idea, but she's way too super crisp. you can see everything, the veins kind of bother me. That's why I propose you go and buy this:

Not only is the price worrying, but also the fact that it shows a photo of a 5d mk1 and not a mk2. I would never buy a camera parallel imported there's just too much at stake if you end up with a faulty example.

I've been told the pentax k-x is the best value

Ya I read the K-x is a really good starter camera. As far as I know, you will have to buy K mount for your lens if it isn't a Pentax lens.

i have a d3000, its a great camera in my opinion, ive never used a d40 so im not too sure, but i can tell you the d3000 is a nice camera.
