Yup it was a killer expo...really liked the monk-e, maybe watson and Egypto little session.

Pictures of monk-e's artwork should be up within a week or so on ace-of-art.com

    Peace.

pls tell me youre joking, because the fact is the vernissage was at a graffiti store not an art gallery. yet he(and other artists) still choose to over price their work at graffiti community events (such as vernissage at subV).
i can understand if an artist choices to raise the price outside of a graffiti community event, but it upsets me that we as graffiti supports have to pay the same price as a doctor or a lawyer (these are usual people who can afford to purchase art and have the space to display it).
i understand that alot sentimental value or amount of personal time is put in their (monke, timer, etc) art but i believe if the artist cant afford their own work then maybe its overpriced.
dont get me wrong, i love talented work like monke's but why do we (graffiti artists), whom support the culture that society despises, have to pay the same price for their art.
