near hartford youre shit outta luck. there used to be a tattoo parlor that sold caps and markers in New Britian according to my brother in law, but i think thats no longer in existance.

last time i went to NHF up in Easthampton Mass, ther did nt have any paint at all, and i got no word from aaron when it would be restocked.

you could always go to that place in new haven
