Graffiti Management is not on hold.
it was a proposed idea to take it away temporary, but then they changed their mind cuz the city was getting crushed.
even if it was on hold you would still get busted if a cop saw you!

who really gives a fuck, keep hitting them streets.
if your worried about vs, dont keep any black books, flicks, anything like that kick around your pad, then when that search warrent comes along, all thats gonna happen is your gonna have to get up at 6am instead of sleeping in.
on the plus side you can talk all the shit you want to them well they go through your shit.
make sure to piss and shit in all your stuff before you let them in.

if you dont want cops searching your house dont get caught?
Unless things work differently in van then elsewere...Do they have random house searches in the effort of catching artists??If you know your gonna get your shit checked out give up on graf and find a hobby that isn't illegal..Then once the heat is gone?Im goin to bed..
