yeah, i'm pretty sure it is a cap cleaner.
though i see no problem with turning your can upside down and spraying a fwew times to clean the cap after you do a throwie, piece or some shit.

solvent spray is paint thinner in a can
put clogged caps on and spray it will clear caps
it also will take paint out of clothes very well

Solvant spray cleans cap's and it can be helpful ven doing a 5 hour piece, cus when your outline goes wrong you spray solvant on the FRESH not ould outline and it will erase it.

if you want to clean your caps just buy some paint thinner and put the caps in there

 

even though you said it 3 years ago that dosnt work at all.and solvent is something that unclogs your caps and removes paint from clothes.
