You need to look at it this way if the ink doesent leave a ghost (or a stain)you might aswell be using paint. Ink is supposed to stain, if it doesent leave a stain apart from aesthetics it is the same a using paint. Sure super hard to buff ink is sick but most of the time if the person wants to buff it they will find a way to get rid of it. i mean weither they use water to get rid of acrillic's or varsol to get rid of oil based its going to be the same ammount of work for them or they might just paint over. now they might take 3-5 coats to cover and that will piss them off or they might try to buff it it will leave a ghost and they will end up painting over it after. If you think back how many ghost tags do you even see it all comes down to if the buffer wants to get rid of it they will find a way. Not trying to rip on anyone im just saying if the person is determined enough india ink or homemade hardcore staning ink its gunna get buffed.
the guys on this forum though just kinda treat it as a hobby, and they find pleasure in finding out new things and how to make their brews better.

india ink. pilot ink. dont leave stains or ghost. and thier ink. pilot ink is oilbased according to its msds. unpaint. is PAINT. but flows through markers.

If i make a ink that stains and come through paint the people employed by the city council get a budjet and they arnt going to use all of there shit on a bunch of tags they are trying to use as little as possible everytime they see a tag they wont scrub it then paint it they will just paint it simple now untill u get some fucking sense stop putting you useless shit on this forum
