Nahh man, Hilo is the shit. The big island has mad spots to crush from what I seen and The place can look like filth sometimes to be honest. You guys got to put that through in your work, theres a lot to represent writing in Hawaii.

The fact that you can cruise the hole big island in a day means it should be rocked. Especially those rural highway spots on the side of the road.

Hawaiian history is inspiring and should motivate you writers to expose the issues and history involved in Hawaii. There is a lot of fucked up shit that's happened and is happening there that needs attention. Graffiti is one of the best outlets to express that.

So fuck what your crew says, get out and paint that shit passionately. Rock mad spots! There is shit to do in Hilo..........PAINT! Get better.

lastly, you guys got to keep those events and jams on the DL. Even if its not sketch, keep your shit personal cause the wrong ears or eyes could catch that shit.

we've been doing events for years and it hasn't led to any arrests in artists...
even if cops were to show, you can't get busted for drawing a name on a canvas that's seen on a wall.

I can honestly say I never knew about hawaii graff until I saw Katch pieces.
