when it&#39;s decriminalilzed you can use it for medical use and for recreational use at home but if you&#39;re caught with it outside your house you&#39;re boned.

me and my boys were chillin out in the parking lot of my guys apartment complex, we were waiting for a ride so we could go get v&#39;d in, then a cop car pulls up right next to us and tells us to get out, they found the oz by a tire and only found a small bag on me but i think im finna get charged with it

Damn...My boy has an apartment that we blaze at almost daily, and the old ass ladies are starting to get suspicious.
Already had the cops there saying that they&#39;ve been watching him and shit.
It&#39;s just to scare him, but whatever. Shit&#39;s fucked up...Don&#39;t trust apartments I guess.

Probly one of them called the cops on you cause they thought you were suspicious or some shit.

You probly won&#39;t go to jail or nothing for a zip...they&#39;ll obviously put you on probation, and fine you most likely.

Either that or they&#39;ll just wait to long for your trial, and you can pull the "I have a right to a speedy trial" shit and get them to dismiss the case.
