well i just racked myself some detox shit that i have to drink a tablespoon every 2 hours until my test and the shit is so thick but it has no taste so w.e

to kill smokers cough - stop smoking for a bit and climb a mountain. it will be absolute hell but the thin air and overworking of your lungs will deteriorate the tar and phlegm quicker than a normal rate.

other than that i have no clue,
and i woke up with a brutal smokers cough this morning and am way too lazy to get rid of it.

getting a personal humidifier and breathing in the water vapor will help break up whatever phlegm you have.
you'll cough worse for a while, but then it will break up and clear
