people don't manicure a pound at a time. ever buy an already manicured pound and split it apart? you'll get 16 ounces and 28 grams in each ounce. nothing more. why? because the people behind this are smart, they know they don't have to get away with giving the extra 8 grams, and they want to capitalize profit, so they don't. the exception is really shit weed, or trimmings that are going to be used for hash or oil... for the both of those they typically just chuck it on the scale, see 1 pound, and package... not worry about the extra 8 grams on these since this is shit they just try to clear out basically.

Weed prices are kind of jokes. THey're different in every city, on every block, every day. Like seriously I can get a dime for $20 with 1g of weed but sometimes i get like 1.9g for $20 usually so it always changes. Plants are born at different times..
