so today i did two things ive never done

tripped on acid and smoked hash. very nice experience. just chilled out with my buddy in his room and listened to some dead meadow and looked at some of h.r. gigers airbrushes...fuckin rad shit. awesome night but i feel pretty restless and almost like im just buzzing on weed right now

To each their own.. If you use marijuana as a sleeping aide, its best if you buy some melatonin at a health food store. Smoking marijuana increases the melatonin production in your brain dramaticially, so by the time you come down you have no melatonin in your brain which means you won&#39;t get good REM sleep, which is the deep sleep state. So if you smoke before you goto bed, and don&#39;t feel rested in the morning you should cop some of this stuff.

But at the same time, if you&#39;ve got insomnia and you know what its like to spend 8 hours lying in your bed totally exausted and not being able to goto sleep you&#39;ll know thats torture on the mind. Thats why I smoke a good personal blunt or two before bed, usually puts me right out while I&#39;m watching the sopranos.
