The first white/black came out alright till I tried to outline it in blue.
Every time I go around a throw again with a color to make it pop I always fuck my line up and cut into the first outline color.

That happens, but its called a throw for a reason. you just throw it up there and get out. You can fix that overspray by going over your outline again to clean it up, but its a throw so who cares. if you were doin a piece then yeah i would clean it up.
