Those GL two letters aren't bad. The G is a little strange, but the L looks really clean.

actually the D needs more work on the top right bump you got there and the hole... forget about putting an actual hole, use symbols like $ or just a line, or an arrow... or even put ur crew name in there nawitmean? coz a triangular hole doesnt work, yer D's not triangular
