ay lose those highlights in the drop shadow. that leg coming up from the D is too much, and lose the bump coming off the top of the E, and personally, i think exclamations and periods are lame, but do what you want to

I would make the ending line of the S a little bit higher up, so it finishes under the line on the right where the bottom curve begins.. if that makes sense.
