your drop shadow on the part on the E... is unnecessary, it doesn't follow the rest of your shadow. you were doing shadow on the left. so it doesn't make sense to do it there... drop shadow is... just imagine your exact throwie right behind yours... so it can't be dropped back to the left AND the right.

Lowercase R's tend to look like other letters sometimes.
I would say try to make a capital R to go along with your capital A.

fit your E with the rest of your letters.
