I think the bottom of the R should over lap the E but the top should be overlapped by the E. That way it goes with the flow of the letters.
example- top of R covered by E. Bottom of R covers E. Top of W covered by E. Bottom of W covers E. top of T covered by W
If that makes any sense.

^true didnt realy notice the pattern i think the R looks wack with the leg tucked behing though..... maybe extend it so you can see the bottom of it from under the E
