Looks like you filled it and all the paint got absorbed by the cement.
Anyway, like dubbed said, original H but it needs work. Just keep drawing it on paper making little changes until you get it. The other letters are pretty solid, they just need to be tweaked so they look better.
If you're from new york, keep doing what you're doing. Go paint that, and put 'the real' next to it.Like that style, mogan. Really like the E

Try flipping the H, like this. It could be mistaken for a K like you have it. I liked that loop thing you were doing before, it needed work but it was original.
