looks good just dont over do it by adding quotations and a excelmation point choose one otherwise everything pretty good especially for ur lvl.

yaeh I know guys, I wish I had enough of that blue, I would've used it for the whole thing, covers ok... and I added the exclamation mark and the quotes to cover as much space possible to go over that big toy tag I had done about 4 years ago. it's @ a great openly public spot (why I had to do it @ new year's eve) and I didn't want that toy tag ruining the spot for me... so it was just for the space coverage :>

I actually kind of dig that e and r, but you should try and make your letters flow in to each other more.
Like how a person is a bunch of organs that come together and make a *****, your letters should all come together to make the throw.

Newt im feelin that^ maybe just clean it up a bit and stuff but thats definetly a good start. dont make the N so narrow right nearthe cut, and lose the cut on the left side of the W. and idk what that thing sticking out of your E is
