Uhm I think you need to have not even made the purchase, and if you just don't order I'm pretty sure they're returned, but you could be right, you might have to cancel something.

Oh wait a sec.... I placed my order earlier this week and I dug up a copy of the e-mail. Here ya go. I believe aiko is correct. I don't believe you can make the purchase at all. Once you've completed the transaction, your credits are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.

But you HAVE to wait until you receive an e-mail from him once you asked to redeem your credits.

2.) Fill out the info on the next screen. THEN dude will e-mail you the e-mail that I have saved above.

after i clicked on the free tips sampler pack i hit send and the page just refreshed, its been almost 2 days now and still no email?
