rusto doesn't have fan tips. they have skinny high pressure female valve tips on new american accents and painter's touch. classic rusto still has regular stock tips, and you can find american accents with the regular caps too. just look.

If you take an exacto blade and slice off the little raised bumps on the white tip of the 360 caps you get (mostly) normal output.
However.... fuck krylon.

painters touch cans are often relabled american accents, once they start to rust you can usually see. rusto makes both brands. I've tried the new female stocks seem to fill fat and fine.
