dust masks dont work

only resp.'s for painting work

u get partially imune to it i guess. some people who arent exposed cant breath when they enter my room. im in southern cali. too hot to wear anything to cover ur face.

Seriously? That's it!? The thread title is very misleading (to me, atleast).

I'm positive there are a million of other resps/masks threads.

I'm going to put off deleting this thread until MontanaPainter actually clarifies the actual concept/idea of the thread.

i do nothing. you get used to it. i dont even mind the smel anymore and kinda dont notice it but when other people get near ti theyre like WOAH and im like huh?? yup

Ya, or just to cover there face. I paint about 2-3 times a week and honestly I like the smell.

I used to use a resp. cause i painted in my apartments garage and it would get so foggy from the fumes that you could see the whole beam if you were to shine a laser or a flash light or something... But then the straps that hold it on your head eventually broke from it bein so old and used, so i just stopped using it and would just open the garage and turn a fan on. I used it for sanding and painting work on my 72 pontiac so it had seen alot of wear and tear

i use a bandana or what ever there is to tie around my face my nose gets runny when i have something over my mouth and nose sometimes i just put the top of my shirt over my mouth and nose

I wear a bandana but mainly to conceal my identity. in chill spots i don't bother.
I mostly paint outdoors as well so fumes are a major concern.

Proper is my new favorite Mod.
If you look forum moderator up in the dictionary it should show a picture of Proper.
If I were a moderator I would try my hardest to be as good as the one and only - Proper.

When I go bombing I usually wear a bandana or a mask, something yknow. I dont bother to buy cartridges for my resp anymore, I just find its a waste of money, you learn to love the smell anywase.
