In all honesty don't expect to be hitting the back of the freeway signs, if you want to be climbing shit I recommend you start out small, like 2 story rooftops or shit like that, if you're gonna be hitting rooftops I have 1 tip, phonebooths are your friends if you can climb them you can jump and grab on to something and keep on climbing until you reach your goal.
